Travel & Accommodation

Thank you so much for coming out for our big day! We’ve put together a quick travel guide below to hopefully make planning easier

Getting Here

Options for getting from DIA to Boulder

Wedding Venue

Ceremony and reception at Rembrandt Yard
Located just off historic downtown Pearl
1301 Spruce St, Boulder, CO 80302

Flying In

Denver International Airport (DIA) is our closest airport and offers numerous direct flights a day to and from most major airports (including Boston Logan). From DIA to Boulder is then typically 45 minutes by car.

AB1 Bus

The AB1 bus shuttles from DIA to downtown Boulder. Fare is $10 (purchasable through the RTD app or cash as you board) and the bus can be tracked via google maps. The bus is very comfy and your luggage will be stored underneath.

EightBlack Airport Shuttle

EightBlack is a private shuttle service that operates a transport van every hour to and from DIA. Book ahead of time. Fares are $30-60 per person depending on group size. Drivers are friendly and courteous.

Rideshare Apps

Both Uber and Lyft service the airport. Fares typically range from $80-120.

Rental Car

Rent a car for your own adventures! From DIA take I-70W, continue on to I-270W, then keep left to continue on US-36W to Boulder.

Hotels

Yikes!

We have run into an unforeseen and unfortunate situation. CU Boulder football is playing an in-demand home game the weekend of our wedding and to our displeasure all of the local hotels we planned on hosting at have sky rocketed their rates in excess of $1000 a night or are already fully booked. Ouch!! As such, we’ve had to pivot from our original vision. Please DO NOT pay these crazy rates on our behalf. We are hoping everyone can still have a comfortable - and maybe even more fun! - stay by booking through AirBnb and Vrbo, or at a hotel in a nearby town charging normal rates. We don’t have a roomblock anywhere, but Superior, Broomfield, Lafayette, Louisville, Westminster, and Gunbarrel are all nice and nearby!
